Biography

Ms. Sunita Pandey is a nurse with a decade of experience in clinical settings. She is a Master's graduate in Psychology with a specialization in Clinical Psychology. Since July 2024, she has been working as a Research Associate in NAMASTE project. In her role with NAMASTE, she works closely with the Female Community Health Volunteers (FCHVs) at the grassroots level to identify early signs of autism and developmental delays across 14 wards of Godawari Municipality. She coordinates with FCHVs for field supervision, monthly meetings, and delivers training sessions, contributing to early detection and timely interventions for children with neurodevelopmental disabilities.
