Mahalaxmi Karki

Mahalaxmi Karki currently serves as Project Manager at AutismCare Nepal Society since March 2017. With over 11 years of experience, she has previously worked with vulnerable groups, including women living with HIV/AIDS, women with disabilities and persons with hemophilia. At ACNS, she leads project implementation and HR functions, fostering team development and strengthening organizational capacity. Her work focuses on implementing inclusive programs, strengthening organizational teams and empowering communities for sustainable social impact. She holds a Master’s in Child Development, a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work and a Bachelor’s degree in Law
