Lalita Manandhar

Lalita Manandhar, a parent of a child with autism, has been an integral part of the institution since 2016, serving as a Senior Teacher. With her personal experience and deep understanding of the needs of Children with Autism, she plays a vital role in creating a compassionate and inclusive learning atmosphere. She is actively involved in planning and implementing individualized interventions and develops plans and implements Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) to support each child’s developmental, behavioral and communication needs. Her work emphasizes patience, consistency and the holistic development of every child. Through the efforts of dedicated educators like Lalita Manandhar, Aarambha Pre-Primary School continues to promote inclusive education and early intervention, ensuring that all children receive the care, attention and learning opportunities they deserve.
