Biography
Alina Risal is a compassionate and dedicated Special Educator and Registered Nurse with over 10 years of nursing experience and more than 14 years of working closely with Individuals with Autism. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Humanities and Postgraduate qualification in special needs education. Specializing in autism, she supports both children and adults through individualized, evidence-based interventions. She develops and reviews Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) every 6 months, conducts Functional Assessments and maintains ISP data tailored to each individual’s needs and interests. Alina is committed to fostering independence, skill development and positive behavioral outcomes in a structured and supportive environment.
